Cancellation and refund policy
Donfin · RGVS Professionals LLP · version 1.0 · 18 October 2026
In short: cancel a paid order before the report is signed and the full fee is refunded. If the valuer cannot issue your report, or we refuse the order, the full fee is refunded. A signed report cannot be cancelled, but a factual error in it is corrected free of charge — and the fee is refunded if we cannot correct an error of ours within 2 working days. We start every refund within 2 working days; it then reaches you, the way you paid, usually within 5–7 working days. There is no cancellation fee.
Before you pay
You are charged only when you pay on the payment page. An unpaid order is erased 90 days after its last activity.
Cancelling a paid order
- Until the report is signed — that is, until your order's status page shows "Digitally signed" — you can cancel for a full refund: on WhatsApp, send the word CANCEL to +91 63553 35869 from the number you ordered with (a person then takes over the chat), or email rgvs2003@gmail.com with your order number (it starts DF-). The time of your message decides.
- Late delivery: if your report is not delivered within one working day of payment and complete documents, you may cancel for a full refund before it arrives — or, if it arrives late, ask for a full refund within 7 days of receiving it — unless the delay was caused by something outside our control (for example a WhatsApp, email or payment-provider outage).
- Once the report is signed it cannot be cancelled: the report is a digital service prepared for you alone.
When the report cannot be issued
- If the valuer cannot issue a report on the documents provided (for example, the documents do not identify the property, the property is outside the area we cover, or there is not enough market evidence for an opinion), you are told why on WhatsApp and by email, and the full fee is refunded. If you prefer, you can send further documents instead and the order goes on.
- If a document we asked for does not arrive within 7 days, we close the order and refund the fee in full.
- If we refuse an order, the fee is refunded in full.
Mistakes, and a second look at the value
- A factual error: if the report misstates something from your documents (a name, an address, an area, the property type), tell us within the report's 90-day validity. We correct it and re-issue the report free of charge.
- An error of ours: if the report is wrong through our error — for example it describes the wrong property or lacks a part promised for its report type — and we cannot correct it within 2 working days of your message, the full fee is refunded.
- If you think the value is wrong: send us your evidence within 30 days of the report's date, for example recent registered sale deeds of similar properties nearby. The valuer reviews it and either re-issues the report or explains why the value stands. A difference of opinion about the value is not, by itself, a ground for a refund.
Payment problems
- If you are charged twice for one order, the second payment is refunded in full.
- If a payment fails but money leaves your account, your bank reverses it automatically — for UPI, within 5 days of the payment under the Reserve Bank of India's rules. If it has not come back, send us the payment reference and we take it up with the payment provider.
- Online payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited (razorpay.com/support). If we cannot solve a payment problem, you can also raise a dispute (chargeback) with your bank or card issuer.
How refunds are paid
- To the same payment method: the same UPI ID, card or bank account. We do not refund in cash or to another person.
- We start the refund within 2 working days of the cancellation or the decision and tell you on WhatsApp or by email with its reference. It then usually reaches your account within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank.
