Terms and conditions
Donfin · RGVS Professionals LLP · version 1.0 · 18 October 2026
In short: Donfin prepares a desktop valuation of your property: a registered valuer's opinion of its market value, formed from your documents and from market evidence near the property, without a site visit. You give correct details and genuine documents; we deliver a signed PDF for the purpose you state. Prices include GST. You can cancel for a full refund until the report is signed, and if the valuer cannot issue your report, the fee is refunded in full.
1. Who we are
Donfin (valuation.donfinworld.io) is the desktop-valuation service of RGVS Professionals LLP (LLPIN ABZ-9461), registered office 51, Fifth Floor, Shalvik Complex, 9 Kalpana Society, Navrangpura, Ahmedabad 380 006, Gujarat, India. Every report is prepared and signed under the professional responsibility of Rajesh Ganatra, Registered Valuer (IBBI, land and building, IBBI/RV/02/2019/10826) and Chartered Engineer. In these terms "we" and "us" mean RGVS Professionals LLP, and "you" means the person who places the order. These terms apply to every order placed on this website or on our WhatsApp number +91 63553 35869. By placing an order, you accept these terms.
2. The service
- A desktop valuation report: the valuer's opinion of the market value of the property you describe, as on the date of the report. It is formed from the details and documents you give and from market evidence near the property — the firm's own data bank of rates from its past valuations, and current asking prices on property portals adjusted to transaction level — checked against the government jantri (Annual Statement of Rates) for the locality, which the report shows but which is not market value. The property is not inspected.
- Three report types: Reference report ₹999, Visa / embassy report ₹1,999, Rate certificate ₹2,999, with the contents listed in the pricing section of the front page and in the shipping and delivery policy.
- We value properties in Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar and Rajkot. If we cannot value a property elsewhere, we tell you before you pay; if we find out only after payment, the fee is refunded in full (see section 6).
- A report is valid for 90 days from its date, for the purpose stated on it.
- A report is not: a bank-format valuation with a site inspection (a separate service of the firm), a valuation for a loan sanction, a valuation under section 247 of the Companies Act, 2013 or under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, a title certificate or legal opinion, or a survey of the property's measurements, condition or approvals.
3. Your part
- You are 18 or older, and you own the property or have the owner's permission to share its documents.
- You give correct details and genuine, complete documents. The report relies on them: the valuer does not verify title, encumbrances, approvals or measurements on site. A wrong area, address or document can make the report wrong, and we are not responsible for an error that comes from them.
- You do not use the service with forged documents or for an unlawful purpose. We may refuse an order (if you have paid, the fee is refunded in full), or withdraw a report issued on false information, and report it where the law requires.
4. Prices and payment
- Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST at 18%: Reference report ₹999 (₹846.61 + GST ₹152.39), Visa / embassy report ₹1,999 (₹1,694.07 + GST ₹304.93), Rate certificate ₹2,999 (₹2,541.53 + GST ₹457.47). There are no other charges from us. Ask us for a GST invoice in your name, or in your company's name with its GSTIN, and we email it within 2 working days.
- You pay online on Razorpay's payment page — UPI, Indian debit and credit cards or net banking, as it offers — or by UPI as shown on our payment page. Online payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited (razorpay.com/support); card and bank details stay with them, and we never see them.
- Work on the report begins once the payment is confirmed. You pay the price shown when you order; prices for later orders may change.
- If we cannot solve a payment problem, you can also raise a dispute (chargeback) with your bank or card issuer.
5. Delivery
The signed report is delivered electronically: on WhatsApp, by email and on your order's status page. Our target is 15 minutes from payment and complete documents during working hours (Monday to Saturday (except public holidays), 10 am to 7 pm IST); an order paid outside them is delivered by 11 am IST on the next working day. If the report is not delivered within one working day of payment and complete documents, you may cancel it for a full refund (see section 6). Details: shipping and delivery policy.
6. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel a paid order for a full refund until the report is signed. If the valuer cannot issue a report on the documents provided, or we refuse an order, you are told why and the fee is refunded in full. A signed report cannot be cancelled, but a factual error in it is corrected free of charge, and if an error of ours cannot be corrected within 2 working days, the fee is refunded in full. There is no cancellation fee. Details and timelines: cancellation and refund policy.
7. Using the report
- The report is issued to you, for the purpose stated on it. You may give it to the person or authority it is meant for, for example an embassy, a buyer, a family member or a housing society. It may not be resold.
- Anyone can check it: the QR code on the report opens a verification page showing the report's details and the fingerprint (SHA-256) of the signed file. Do not alter the PDF: an altered copy fails the check and is not our report.
- Embassies, banks, buyers and others make their own decisions. We are not responsible for whether they accept a report, or for what they decide on it.
8. Liability
The valuer forms the opinion with due professional care. Except for loss caused by our fraud or wilful misconduct, our total liability for any claim about a report or the service is limited to the fee paid for that report. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss (for example a visa refused or a sale not made), or for loss caused by incorrect or incomplete information or documents given to us. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or any liability the law does not allow to be limited.
9. Your data and messages
How we handle personal data is set out in the privacy notice (Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023). By ordering you agree to receive messages about your order on WhatsApp and by email. We do not send marketing.
10. Changes, law and disputes
We may update these terms. The version and date are shown at the top, and the version in force when you ordered applies to your order. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please write to us first (see section 11): most questions are settled in a reply. Subject to your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 — including the right to complain to the Consumer Commission where you live — the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat have jurisdiction.
